All paintings, merchandise and services are final sale – no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issued. If you purchase a piece of work from LMFA, this does not give you the right to reproduce or use imagery of the piece for any commercial, non-profit, or general distribution purpose. LMFA retains exclusive ownership copyrights to all artwork imagery in perpetuity.

We have prepared this sales tax policy statement to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.
